Our WARRANTY is 30 days. It is costly to handle fine gemstones multiple times, resulting that our refunds are made for 95% of a gem’s purchase price to a customer, for a withdrawal or for other gem returns. We must receive an unaltered gem for an acceptable return to us

It's more safe that you use either PayPal or your bank checking account for your payments for gems. This will help to record and maintain important records for the purchase transaction
